Anti-Mouse CD27 Antibody (RM27-3E5) (100 μg, i.p., every 3-4 days from day 7) reduces tumor nodules in B16cOVA/B16F1 experimental tumor metastases mice models[1].
Anti-Mouse CD27 Antibody (RM27-3E5) (100 μg, i.p., at days 5, 8, and 11) enhances cytotoxic T lymphocytes response and antitumor immunity companied with anti-CTLA-4/anti-PD-1 in TC-1 tumor mice models[2].
