Anti-Mouse CD172a Antibody (P84) (100 μg, i.p., one day prior to infection and at days 1 and 2 post-infection) results in weight loss and bacterial counts increase in Nr2f6-deficient mice infected by salmonella typhimurium[2].
Anti-Mouse CD172a Antibody (P84) (i.p., 24 h before cells injection) prevents the effects of mouse CD47 on macrophage-mediated xenograft rejection in diabetic Rag22/2 c chain 2/2 mice[3].

Animal Model: Salmonella typhimurium infectious mice models (Nr2f6-deficient mice)[2]
