Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 Antibody (2.4G2) (8 μg/g, i.v., single dose, 1 h before injection of MAb 6A6) can inhibit platelet clearance in γ-/- mice[3].
Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 Antibody (2.4G2) (100 μg, i.p., single dose, 24 h before injection of MWReg30) reverses the pathological effects of rat antimouse platelet MWReg30 in NMRI mice[4].
