Anti-Mouse CD11a Antibody (FD441.8) (31.25 μg, i.p., every 3 days from one day before transplantation) extends graft survival and increases acceptance rate in rat islet xenotransplant mice^[1].
Anti-Mouse CD11a Antibody (FD441.8) (300 μg, i.v., at day of hapten-challenge) inhibits CXCL1 production in dinitrofluorobenzene (DNFB) sensitized wild-type mice^[2].
Anti-Mouse CD11a Antibody (FD441.8) (T cells pretreated with 50 μg/mL FD441.8 for 30 mins) enhances lung egress and trafficking to the bone marrow in mice^[3].
