Anti-c-Kit/CD117 Antibody (SR-1) (10 μg/mL, 2 h) allows for phagocytosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) cells by macrophages in GIST48/GIST430/GIST882 and LMS05 cells co-cultures[1].
Anti-c-Kit/CD117 Antibody (SR-1) (0.01-100 μg/mL, 2 weeks) inhibits cells proliferation in human hematopoietic stem cells (HSC)[2].

Anti-c-Kit/CD117 Antibody (SR-1) (500 μg, i.p., weekly 2 weeks after cells engraftment) inhibits tumor growth in GIST430/GIST882 xenograft tumor NSG mice[1].
Anti-c-Kit/CD117 Antibody (SR-1) (500 μg, i.v., at days 1, 3, 5, and 7) depletes normal and myelodysplastic syndrome human hematopoietic stem cells (HSC) in HSC xenografted NSG mice[2].

Animal Model: GIST430 xenograft tumor mice models of imatinib (HY-15463)-resistant and GIST882 xenograft tumor mice models of imatinib-sensitive (4-8 weeks, NSG mice)[1]
