SARS-CoV-2 Mpro-IN-47 is an orally active SARS-CoV-2 Mpro reversible covalent Inhibitor. SARS-CoV-2 Mpro-IN-47 shows potent antiviral activity against several clinical variants of SARS-CoV-2. SARS-CoV-2 Mpro-IN-47 can be used for the research of infection, such as SARS-CoV-2[1].

In Vitro

SARS-CoV-2 Mpro-IN-47 (Compound 18) shows inhibitory activities against SARS-CoV-2, 229E and MERS virus with IC50 values of 0.008, 0.01 and 0.11 μM[1].
SARS-CoV-2 Mpro-IN-47 shows antiviral activity against USA-WA1/2020, alpha, beta, delta, and omicron variants with EC50 ranging from 0.003 to 0.15μM[1].
SARS-CoV-2 Mpro-IN-47 does not inhibit (IC50 > 10 μM) host cell proteases, including various cysteine proteases, serine proteases, and aspartyl proteases[1].

In Vivo

SARS-CoV-2 Mpro-IN-47 (Compound 18) (75-300 mg/kg, p.o., twice a day for 4 days) reduces lung virus titers in SARS-CoV-2-infected mice models[1].
