PDE4A Protein, Human (Active, sf9, His) is the recombinant human-derived PDE4A protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells, with C-His tag.

PDE4A is an enzyme that hydrolyzes the second messenger 3',5'-cyclic AMP (cAMP), which is a key regulator of many important physiological processes.

Measured by its ability to convert cAMP to 5'AMP. The specific activity is >140,000 pmol/min/μg.
