MAP4K4 Protein, Human (sf9, GST) is the recombinant human-derived MAP4K4, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with GST labeled tag. ,

The activity was measured by off-chip mobility shift assay(MSA). The enzyme was incubated with fluorecence-labeled substrate and Mg(or Mn)/ATP. The phosphorylated and unphosphorylated substrates were separated and detected by MSA device. When the protein concentration is 0.15 nM, the conversion rate is about 23%.
