IL-11R alpha Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant human-derived IL-11R alpha protein, expressed by HEK293, with C-hFc tag.

IL-11R alpha is the receptor for interleukin-11 (IL-11). The IL-11/IL-11RA/IL6ST complex, formed with IL6ST, may regulate the proliferation and/or differentiation of skeletogenic progenitor or other mesenchymal cells (Probable). It is essential for the normal development of craniofacial bones and teeth and restricts suture fusion and tooth number. by similar: Other receptor systems such as IL6, LIF, OSM, CNTF, and CT1 can also utilize IL6ST to initiate signal transmission.

Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
