Description

CDCP1 Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, C-His) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived CDCP1 protein, expressed by HEK293, with C-His tag.

Background

CDCP1, a cell surface glycoprotein, is a ligand for CD6, a receptor molecule expressed on certain T cells that may play a role in T cell migration and chemotaxis. CDCP1 may lead to autoimmune diseases such as encephalomyelitis, multiple sclerosis and inflammatory arthritis. CDCP1 mediates anti-adhesion and anti-migration by negatively regulating integrin receptors. CDCP1 promotes tumor proliferation and metastasis by activating MAPK/ERK and AKT signaling pathways[1][2][3].

Biological Activity

Immobilized Cynomolgus CDCP1, His Tag at 1 μg/mL (100 μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-CDCP1 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of <30 ng/mL determined by ELISA.
