In Vitro

KLTWQELYQLKYKGI (7 d) upregulates the mRNA expression of VEGF, PECAW, and vWF and increases ALP activity and ALP mRNA expression in HUVECs[2].
KLTWQELYQLKYKGI (8 h) promotes the formation of capillary-like structures by HUVECs on Matrigel[2].
KLTWQELYQLKYKGI (5 mg/mL in hydrogel, 5-7 d) enhances the proliferation and migration of BMSCs[2].

KLTWQELYQLKYKGI (5 mg/mL in gelatin-based blue-light-curable hydrogel, injected into cranial defects and cured with blue light for 2 min, 2 weeks) significantly enhances angiogenesis in the cranial defect area of rats[2].
