eCF309 (0.3-1000 nM; 5 days) exhibits highly potent antiproliferative activity against MCF7, MDA-MB-231 and PC3 cells[1].
eCF309 (0.3-1000 nM; 24 h) causes G0/G1 cell cycle arrest[1].
eCF309 (3-100 nM; 1.5 h) inhibits pP70S6K, pS6 and pAKT levels in MCF7 cells[1].
