Description

BPK-29 is a specific ligand that disrupts the atypical orphan nuclear receptor NR0B1-protein (such RBM45 and SNW1) interactions by covalently modifying C274. BPK-29 impairs the anchorage-independent growth of KEAP1-mutant cancer cells[1].

In Vitro

BPK-29 substantially engages NR0B1 with good overall proteomic selectivity in KEAP1-mutant Non-Small Cell Lung Cancers[1].

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
