Boserolimab (0-20 µg/mL, 3 days) inhibits the binding of CD27 to CD70 with an IC50 of 0.24 nM, activates NF-κB signaling pathway, thereby promoting the activation of T cell, improving the cytokine (IFNγ) secretion[1].
