Bexmarilimab (FP-1305) is a potent humanized anti-CLEVER-1 IgG4 antibody with an IC50 value of 4.51 nM. Bexmarilimab (3-100 mg/kg, i.v., a single dose) shows dose-dependent duration of receptor occupancy in cynomolgus monkeys[1].
