SND1/P100 Antibody (YA5092) is a Mouse-derived and non-conjugated monoclonal antibody, targeting to SND1/P100.

SND1/P100 is an endonuclease that mediates miRNA decay of both protein-free and AGO2-loaded miRNAs. As part of its function in miRNA decay, it regulates mRNAs involved in G1-to-S phase transition. It also functions as a bridging factor between STAT6 and the basal transcription factor and plays a role in PIM1 regulation of MYB activity. By similarity, it acts as a transcriptional coactivator for STAT5. In microbial infections, SND1/P100 serves as a transcriptional coactivator for the Epstein-Barr virus nuclear antigen 2 (EBNA2) and promotes SARS-CoV-2 RNA synthesis by binding to negative-sense RNA and the viral protein nsp9.
