Description	TRIP6 Antibody (YA4290) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG1 antibody, targeting to TRIP6. It can be applicated for WB, FC, ELISA assays, in the background of human.
Background	TRIP6 is a signaling protein that relays signals from the cell surface to the nucleus, weakening adherens junctions and promoting actin cytoskeleton reorganization and cell invasiveness. It is involved in lysophosphatidic acid-induced cell adhesion and migration. Additionally, TRIP6 acts as a transcriptional coactivator for NF-kappa-B and JUN and mediates the transrepression of these transcription factors induced by the glucocorticoid receptor.
