Description	SCARB1 Antibody (YA1908) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to SCARB1.
Background	The protein encoded by The related gene is a plasma membrane receptor for high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL). The encoded protein mediates cholesterol transfer to and from HDL. In addition, The protein is a receptor for hepatitis C virus glycoprotein E2 and facilitates cell entry by the virus, SARS-CoV2.

Dilution Ratio	WB: 1/500-1/1000;IP: 1/20 Western blot analysis of extracts from HepG2 (lane 2(20μg), Hela (lane 3(20μg) and NIH3T3 (lane 4(20μg) using SCARB1 (HY-P82163) Rabbit mAb. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (1/1000) and Loading control antibody (Beta Actin, HY-P80438, 1/10000) was used in 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight. Goat Anti-Mouse/Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (1/10000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
