Description	Rat Anti-Mouse CD86 Antibody (FITC)(YA3447) is a rat-derived and fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) IgG2a monoclonal antibody, targeting to CD86.
Background	Rat Anti-Mouse CD86 is an antibody targeting mouse CD86, a receptor involved in the costimulatory signal essential for T-lymphocyte proliferation and interleukin-2 production by binding CD28 or CTLA-4. It may play a critical role in the early events of T-cell activation and costimulation of naive T-cells, such as deciding between immunity and anergy within 24 hours after activation. Additionally, it regulates B-cell function and influences IgG(1) production levels. Upon CD40 engagement, it activates the NF-kappa-B signaling pathway via phospholipase C and protein kinase C activation. by similar: This antibody can be used to study the role of CD86 in immune regulation and its signaling mechanisms.
