Description	RAMP1 Antibody (YA1818) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to RAMP1.
Background	RAMP1 is an accessory protein that interacts with and modulates the function of G-protein coupled receptors, including calcitonin gene-related peptide type 1 receptor (CALCRL) and calcitonin receptor (CALCR). It is required for the transport of CALCRL to the plasma membrane. Together with CALCRL, RAMP1 forms the receptor complex for calcitonin gene-related peptides CGRP1/CALCA and CGRP2/CALCB. Additionally, RAMP1 and CALCR form the AMYR1 receptor complex, which recognizes amylin/IAPP and CGRP1/CALCA.
