NGFB Antibody is an unconjugated, approximately 27 kDa, rabbit-derived, anti-NGFB monoclonal antibody. NGFB Antibody can be used for: WB, IF-Cell, IF-Tissue, IHC-P, IHC-Fr expriments in human, rat, mouse ,Zebrafish background without labeling.

The related gene is a member of the NGF-beta family and encodes a secreted protein which homodimerizes and is incorporated into a larger complex. The protein has nerve growth stimulating activity and the complex is involved in the regulation of growth and the differentiation of sympathetic and certain sensory neurons. Mutations in The related gene have been associated with hereditary sensory and autonomic neuropathy, type 5 (HSAN5), and dysregulation of The related gene's expression is associated with allergic rhinitis.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Mouse brain tissue using NGF Antibody. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 8.0) for 8 minutes. The tissues were blocked in QuickBlock for 20 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody (HY-P81121, 1:100) in 4℃ overnight. The detection was performed using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. Tissues were counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
