NAA10 Antibody (YA4003) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG1 antibody, targeting to NAA10. It can be applicated for WB, ICC/IF, FC, ELISA assays, in the background of human, mouse, monkey.

NAA10 is the catalytic subunit of N-terminal acetyltransferase complexes, exhibiting alpha (N-terminal) acetyltransferase activity by acetylating amino termini lacking initiator methionine, potentially crucial for vascular, hematopoietic, and neuronal growth and development. In the absence of NAA15, it shows epsilon (internal) acetyltransferase activity toward HIF1A, promoting its degradation. Additionally, NAA10 represses MYLK kinase activity via acetylation, inhibiting tumor cell migration; acetylates and stabilizes TSC2 to suppress mTOR activity and cancer progression; acetylates 'Lys-77' of HSPA1A/HSPA1B to enhance chaperone function and HOPX binding; acetylates HIST1H4A; and acts as a negative regulator of sister chromatid cohesion during mitosis.
