Description	HIF2 alpha Antibody (YA1445) is a rabbit-derived non-conjugated IgG antibody (Clone NO.: YA1445), targeting HIF2 alpha, with a predicted molecular weight of 96 kDa. HIF2 alpha Antibody (YA1445) can be used for WB, ICC/IF, FC experiment in human, mouse, rat background.
Background	The related gene encodes a transcription factor involved in the induction of related genes regulated by oxygen, which is induced as oxygen levels fall. The encoded protein contains a basic-helix-loop-helix domain protein dimerization domain as well as a domain found in proteins in signal transduction pathways which respond to oxygen levels. Mutations in The related gene are associated with erythrocytosis familial type 4.
