Description	Histone H3 Antibody (YA4348) is a Mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG1 monoclonal antibody, targeting to Histone H3.
Background	HH3 is a core component of the nucleosome. Nucleosomes wrap and compact DNA into chromatin, limiting DNA accessibility to cellular machineries that require DNA as a template. Thus, histones play a central role in transcription regulation, DNA repair, DNA replication, and chromosomal stability. DNA accessibility is regulated through a complex set of post-translational modifications of histones, known as the histone code, as well as nucleosome remodeling. by similar: Nucleosomes regulate gene expression through histone modifications and chromatin remodeling.
