TIM 1 Antibody (YA4419) is a Mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG1 monoclonal antibody, targeting to TIM 1.

HAVCR1 is a phosphatidylserine receptor that plays a key role in regulatory B-cell homeostasis, including their generation, expansion, and suppressor functions (By similarity). As a P-selectin/SELPLG ligand, it mediates trafficking of activated (but not naive) T-cells during inflammatory responses, thereby controlling T-cell accumulation in the inflamed central nervous system (CNS) and autoimmune disease induction (PubMed:24703780). It also regulates anti-inflammatory cytokines (e.g., IL10) and co-inhibitory ligands (By similarity) and modulates T-cell proliferation (By similarity), with potential involvement in kidney injury and repair (PubMed:17471468). In microbial infections, HAVCR1 serves as a receptor for Hepatitis A virus and binds exposed phosphatidyl-serine on virion membranes to facilitate entry of Ebolavirus, Marburg virus (PubMed:21536871), and Dengue virus (PubMed:23084921), acting as a dual receptor for Ebolavirus via interaction with envelope glycoprotein GP (PubMed:26487564). Dengue virus and TIM1 co-internalize during entry (PubMed:29742433). Additionally, HAVCR1 binds Zika virus envelope protein E and promotes Chikungunya virus cell entry.
