Gli1 Antibody (YA3698) is a Mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG1 monoclonal antibody, targeting to Gli1.
Background

Gli1 acts as a transcriptional activator, binding to the DNA consensus sequence 5'-GACCACCCA-3' and regulating the transcription of specific genes during normal development. It plays roles in craniofacial, digital, central nervous system, and gastrointestinal tract development, mediating SHH signaling to influence cell proliferation and differentiation. Additionally, Gli1 promotes cancer cell migration. by similar: Unlike isoform 1, Gli1 activates the expression of CD24 but targets a distinct set of genes compared to isoform 1.
