Description	Fyn Antibody is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG polyclonal antibody, targeting to Fyn.
Background	FYN: This gene is a member of the protein-tyrosine kinase oncogene family. It encodes a membrane-associated tyrosine kinase that has been implicated in the control of cell growth. The protein associates with the p85 subunit of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase and interacts with the fyn-binding protein. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms exist. Dilution Ratio	WB: 1:500-1:1000 Western blot analysis of extracts from C6(lane 2(20ug) , NIH/3T3(lane 3(20ug) and Hela(lane 4(20ug) using FYN Antibody (HY-P80681) Rabbit mAb. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (1/1000) and Loading control antibody (Beta Actin, HY-P80438, 1/10000) was used in 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight. Goat Anti-Mouse/Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (1/10000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
