Description

CD34 Antibody (YA3935) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG2b antibody, targeting to CD34. It can be applicated for WB, FC, ELISA assays, in the background of human, mouse, rat.
Background

CD34 protein is a possible adhesion molecule implicated in early hematopoiesis, facilitating the attachment of stem cells to the bone marrow extracellular matrix or directly to stromal cells. It is suggested to function as a scaffold for the attachment of lineage-specific glycans, enabling stem cells to bind to lectins expressed by stromal cells or other marrow components. Additionally, CD34 may play a role in presenting carbohydrate ligands to selectins, contributing to cell adhesion processes.
