CD281 Antibody (YA4283)

CD281 Antibody (YA4283) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG1 antibody, targeting to CD281. It can be applicated for IHC-P, ICC/IF, FC, ELISA assays, in the background of human.

CD281 participates in the innate immune response to microbial agents by specifically recognizing diacylated and triacylated lipopeptides. It cooperates with TLR2 to mediate the innate immune response to bacterial lipoproteins or lipopeptides. In response to triacylated lipopeptides, CD281 forms the activation cluster TLR2:TLR1:CD14, which triggers signaling from the cell surface and is subsequently targeted to the Golgi via a lipid-raft dependent pathway. CD281 acts through MYD88 and TRAF6, leading to NF-kappa-B activation, cytokine secretion, and the inflammatory response. by similar: innate immune response, lipopeptide recognition, cooperation with TLR2, formation of activation clusters, signaling via MYD88 and TRAF6.
