CD195/CCR5 Antibody (YA5578) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG1 monoclonal antibody, targeting to CD195/CCR5. It can be applicated for FC, ELISA assays, in the background of human.
Background

CD195 is a receptor for inflammatory CC-chemokines, including CCL3/MIP-1-alpha, CCL4/MIP-1-beta, and RANTES, and transduces signals by increasing intracellular calcium ion levels. It may play a role in controlling granulocytic lineage proliferation or differentiation and participates in T-lymphocyte migration to infection sites by acting as a chemotactic receptor. Additionally, CD195 serves as a coreceptor (with CD4 as the primary receptor) for human immunodeficiency virus-1/HIV-1 during microbial infection.
