Description	Semaphorin 7A Antibody (YA3554) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG1 antibody, targeting to CD108. It can be applicated for WB, ELISA assays, in the background of human.
Background	CD108 plays a crucial role in integrin-mediated signaling, regulating cell migration and immune responses. It facilitates the formation of focal adhesion complexes, activates the protein kinase PTK2/FAK1, and subsequently phosphorylates MAPK1 and MAPK3. CD108 also promotes the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines by monocytes and macrophages, playing a key role in modulating inflammation and T-cell-mediated immune responses.
