BTLA Antibody (YA1364) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to BTLA.
Background

BTLA is an inhibitory receptor on lymphocytes that negatively regulates antigen receptor signaling via PTPN6/SHP-1 and PTPN11/SHP-2 (by similar studies). It can interact with TNFRSF14 in cis (same cell) or trans (other cells). In cis interactions, BTLA plays an immune regulatory role by inhibiting trans interactions in naive T cells to maintain a resting state, while in trans interactions, it may dominate during adaptive immune responses to provide survival signals to effector T cells (by similar studies).
