ATG13 Antibody (YA1650) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to ATG13.
Background

ATG13 is an autophagy factor essential for autophagosome formation and mitophagy. As a downstream target of the TOR kinase signaling pathway, it regulates autophagy by controlling the phosphorylation status of ATG13 and ULK1, as well as modulating the activity of the ATG13-ULK1-RB1CC1 complex. Additionally, ATG13 influences mTORC1 kinase activity and cell proliferation through its regulation of ULK1 activity.
