Description	Activin Receptor Type IIA Antibody (YA2795) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to Activin Receptor Type IIA.
Background	Activin Receptor Type IIA (ACVR2A) is a transmembrane serine/threonine kinase that forms a heterotetrameric receptor complex with type I receptors upon ligand binding. Functioning as a receptor for activin A, activin B and inhibin A, it initiates SMAD-mediated transcriptional regulation by phosphorylating and activating type I receptors (by similar: mediates GDF6-induced adipogenesis).
