In Vivo

Anti-LFA-1α/CD11a Antibody (TS-1/22.1.1.13) (125 µg, i.p., every other day for 4 weeks from day 2 prehumanization with CD8⁺ T cells) shows anti-human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection effect in adult NOD/SCID/IL-2rcγ^-/- (NSG) mice^[1].

Animal Model:	Highly purified and activated CD8⁺ T cells were injected into adult NOD/SCID/IL-2rcγ^-/- (NSG) mice with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection^[1]
Dosage:	125 μg
Administration:	Intraperitoneally injection, every other day for 4 weeks from day 2 prehumanization with CD8⁺ T cells
Result:	Exhibited significantly lower levels of human lymphocytes in the CNS and in the spleen. Reduced levels of HIV DNA in the brain and spleen.
