In Vivo

Anti-CD8α Antibody (OKT-8) (100-200 μg, i.p., twice weekly, for 4 weeks) can deplete CD8⁺ T cells in NSG mice with a B non-Hodgkin lymphomas (B-NHLs) xenograft model^[2].

Animal Model:	NSG mice with a B non-Hodgkin lymphomas (B-NHLs) xenograft model^[2]
Dosage:	100 μg for week 1, 200 μg for week 2-4
Administration:	Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), twice weekly, for 4 weeks
Result:	Accelerated tumor growth (median survival shortened from 43 days to 20 days) in untreated group. Weakened the anti-tumor effect in treatment group.
