Anti-CD3 Antibody (OKT-3) (20 μg/mouse, i.v., a single dose) results in systemic release of several cytokines, such as iL-2, TNF-α in NOG mice injected with human peripheral blood mononuclear cells.[2].
Anti-CD3 Antibody (OKT-3) (10 mg/kg, i.p., a single dose) prevents graft-versus-host disease in human peripheral blood/umbilical cord blood-induced graft-versus-host disease mice models[3].
