Antitumor agent-195 significantly inhibits phosphorylation of STAT3 at Tyr705 at a concentration of 1 μM and effectively induce Apoptosis in MDAMB-231 and MDA-MB-468 breast cancer cells. Antitumor agent-195 as a NQO1 substrate strongly increases ROS generation and causes severe DNA damage in a dose-dependent manner.
