Description

VPC-70619 is a potent N-Myc inhibitor. VPC-70619 blocks the binding of the N-Myc-Max heterocomplex to the DNA E-box and exhibits potent inhibitory activity against N-Myc-dependent cell lines. VPC-70619 can partially reverse paclitaxel (HY-B0015) resistance in cells by reducing MYCN expression. VPC-70619 can be used for cancer research (e.g., neuroblastoma and thyroid cancer)[1][2].

In Vitro

VPC-70619 (10 μM) exhibits an inhibition rate of 99.4% in IMR32 cells, while only 14.1% in HO15.19 cells[1].
VPC-70619 (1-10 μM) is shown to be highly stable with a T1/2 of 2310 min in In liver microsomes[1].
VPC-70619 upregulates the mRNA levels of MYCN, MDM2, and CRABP2, and downregulates TGM2 and INHBA, confirming its specific regulatory effect on the MYCN signaling pathway in SW1736-PTX and 8505C-PTX cells[2].
VPC-70619 (0.5-30 μM, 0-72 h) inhibits the proliferation, migration and aggressiveness of SW1736-PTX and 8505C-PTX cells, and the effect is enhanced when combined with Paclitaxel[2].
