Description

USP10-IN-4 is a potent ubiquitin-specific protease 10 (USP10) inhibitor with an IC50 of 10.87 μM and a Kd of 365 nM. In Vitro

USP10-IN-4 (Compound LY-2) (0.1-10 μM) inhibits the proliferation of Huh-7 and Bel-7402 cells in a concentration-dependent manner with IC50s of 2.5 and 1.3 μM[1].
USP10-IN-4 (1-20 μM, 14 d) consistently inhibits Huh-7 cells colony formation[1].
USP10-IN-4 (5-40 μM, 24 h) induces apoptosis and G1 arrest in Huh-7 cells[1].
USP10-IN-4 (0-20 μM, 0-48 h) results in the decrease of YAP, p53, CDK4 and Cyclin B2 protein in Huh-7 cells[1].

Cell Cycle Analysis[1]
