Tubulin/VEGFR-2-IN-1 is a dual inhibitor of tubulin and VEGFR-2 (IC50 = 1.52 μM) with anti-angiogenic activity. Tubulin/VEGFR-2-IN-1 exhibits potent cytotoxicity against the cancer cells.
