Description

TK-684 is a potent and selective allosteric SHP2 inhibitor with IC50 values of 2.1, >1000 nM for SHP2WT, SHP22PTP, respectively. TK-684 inhibits cell proliferation and induces apoptosis. TK-684 decreases the protein expression of p-AKT, p-ERK[1].

In Vitro

TK-684 (1.25-100 μM; 72 h) inhibits cell proliferative in KYSE-150 cells[1].
TK-684 (0-40 μM; 48 h) induces apoptosis[1].
TK-684 (0-20 μM; 2 h) decreases the protein expression of p-AKT, p-ERK in a dose-dependent manner[1].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
