Description

Sp1-IN-1 is a selective specificity protein 1 (Sp1) inhibitor. Sp1-IN-1 inhibits the proliferation of Hela cells and MCF-7 cells. Sp1-IN-1 can be used to the studies of cervical cancer and breast cancer[1].

In Vitro

Sp1-IN-1 (Compound I8) inhibits Hela and MCF-7 cell proliferation with IC50s of 10.56 and 11.77 μM[1].
Sp1-IN-1 (3-12 μM, 48 h) dose-dependently down-regulates the expression of Sp1 protein in MCF-7 cells[1].
