Melagatran reduces fibrin deposition in organs, alleviates ischemic brain damage, and reduces the size of advanced atherosclerotic lesions. Melagatran can be used in the study of cardiovascular disease (coronary thrombosis, atherosclerosis) and ischemic brain damage .
