GABARAP Protein, Human (His-MBP)

GABARAP Protein is essential for regulating ubiquitination and degradation of TIAM1, a guanyl-nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) involved in RAC1 activation and downstream signaling. The D6/7 E3 ubiquitin ligase complex, where GABARAP is a key component, contributes to diverse biological processes, including cytoskeletal organization, cell migration, proliferation, and apoptosis.
