In Vitro

[68Ga]Ga-PSMA-DIM (1.58 nM, 15-120 min) has higher internalization capacity for LNCaP cells than 22Rv1 and PC-3 cells and its dependent on the PSMA expression level[1].

In Vivo

[68Ga]Ga-PSMA-DIM (5.55 MBq, i.v., single dose) shows great uptake in PSMA-positive LNCaP and 22Rv1 mice tumors, while minimal uptake in PC-3 tumors[1].
