PROTAC sEH degrader-2 is a PROTAC targeting degradation agent for soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) with pIC50 values of the catalytic domain of 8.37 (human sEH-H) and 7.12 (mouce sEH-H). PROTAC sEH degrader-2 can be used for the research related to inflammation and neuroinflammation, such as Alzheimer's disease[1]. In Vitro

PROTAC sEH degrader-2 (Compound 23) (0-10 μM, 1-24 h) shows high degradation potencies towards hsEH-H in the nanomolar range and the highest Dmax (75%) after 18 h[1].

PROTAC sEH degrader-2 (0.5-50 μM, 72 h) shows no significant toxicity in HepG2 cells[1].

PROTAC sEH degrader-2 (300 nM) initiates the degradation of sEH in human primary M1 macrophages, primary murine hepatocytes and human isolated lung slices[1].
