PQ32 is an antitumor agent that targets c-MYC Pu27 and KRAS G-quadruplexes. PQ32 inhibits tumor cell proliferation, arrests the cell cycle at the G2 phase, and induces apoptosis. PQ32 inhibits the expression of c-MYC and KRAS genes. In Vitro

PQ32 shows anti-tumor activity against RAJI, CA46, MDA-MB-231, A549, HepG2, HT29, HEK-293T cells, with IC50s of 1.75, 2.68, 1.07, 3.48, 2.72, 1.50, 4.09 μM, respectively[1].
PQ32 (1.5 μM, 24 h) induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in MDA-MB-231 cells[1].
PQ32 (1.5-3 μM, 24-72 h) inhibits c-MYC and KRAS gene and protein expression in MDA-MB-231 cells[1].
