Description

PARPi-FL (Olaparib-bodipy FL) is a small-molecule fluorescent inhibitor of PARP1 that can specifically bind to PARP1. PARPi-FL can be used as a fluorescent imaging agent for tumor detection, diagnosis, and surgical guidance[1][2][3].

In Vitro

PARPi-FL (0.33-100 μM; 7 days) has IC50 values of 23.8 and 5.5 μM for U87 and U251, respectively[2]

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

In Vivo

PARPi-FL (2.5 mg/kg; intravenous injection; single dose) shows significantly higher retention levels and duration in tumor tissues than in healthy brain and muscle tissues in a mouse glioma xenograft model[2].
PARPi-FL (75 nmol; intravenous injection; single dose) enables high-contrast imaging of tumors in a mouse model of oral squamous cell carcinoma, and the signal is specific to PARP1 expression[3].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
