p-F-HHSiD (30 nM-10 μM, 60-180 mins) exerts an antagonistic effect on M3 receptor-mediated contractile responses in tracheal tissue of guinea pigs[1].
p-F-HHSiD (100 μM, 5 days) inhibits basal proliferation of H508 human colon cancer cells by 40% through selective blocking of M3 muscarinic receptors[2].
p-F-HHSiD (0.03-3 μM) significantly inhibits the positive phase of inotropic response to Ach in isolated mouse left atria[3].
p-F-HHSiD (0.1 nM-100 μM, 90 mins) exhibits a single class of binding sites to muscarinic receptors in P2 crude synaptosomal fractions from frontal cortices (Alzheimer’s disease brains)[4].
p-F-HHSiD (1 μM, 2 h) significantly inhibits ACh-induced contraction of isolated human umbilical vein (HUV) (gestational diabetes mellitus)[5].
